SONG DA 9 JOIN STOCK COMPANY

On January 7, 2026, Song Da 9 Joint Stock Company officially signed a subcontract with Yasuda Engineering Japan under Package No. 4 of the Yen Xa Wastewater Treatment System Project, Hanoi.

Under the agreement, Yasuda Engineering Japan will be responsible for the pipe jacking works, a critical and highly technical component of the project.

Representing Yasuda Engineering Japan at the signing ceremony were Mr. Yoshiyuki Mukai, Project Director; Mr. Kenichi Fukuoka, Deputy Project Director; and Mr. Vu Kien Chung, Project Manager.

On behalf of Song Da 9, participants included Mr. Tran The Quang, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Hai Son, Deputy Party Secretary and General Director; Mr. Quach Manh Hai, Deputy General Director in charge of the Package, together with members of the Executive Management Board, the Chief Accountant, and project contract representatives.

The Yen Xa Wastewater Treatment System Project is a key environmental infrastructure project of Hanoi, playing an essential role in improving urban environmental quality and public living conditions. The cooperation with Yasuda Engineering Japan, a contractor with strong international expertise in pipe jacking technology, reflects Song Da 9’s commitment to applying advanced technologies while ensuring construction quality, safety, and schedule control.

The signing ceremony marks not only the official commencement of the pipe jacking works at the Yen Xa Project, but also the beginning of a deeper cooperation between Song Da 9 and its Japanese partner, reinforcing Song Da 9’s reputation, capability, and position in urban infrastructure construction.
