SONG DA 9 JOIN STOCK COMPANY

With the purpose of “Opportunities to increase enterprise value; Cooperating, sharing, opening chances to perform project and bidding activities; creating an aggregate power, dominating the market, jumping to an higher extent and position in construction and investment field both inside and outside Vietnam”, on December 22^th 2017, at the 9^th floor meeting hall – Song Da 9 building, the two parties have proudly signed a comprehensive Joint Agreement.

Attendances of the ceremony include the member of Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Board of Director, Managers and Vice Managers of other departments and staffs of the two companies, and Mr. Sammy – ICOLD expert.

The basic principles of the Joint Agreement are the willingness, equality and cooperation with the major contents of: market development; cooperation in construction and erection; investment cooperation; management cooperation and creating a warmly and united working environment for the development of the both parties in international integration background.

Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the two companies have highly appreciated the cooperation between Song Da 9 and Song Da 5 for the past 15 years. The signing of this Joint Agreement is a necessary and consistent step in the development of the two companies.
