Xekaman 3 Hydropower Plant is located on Nam Pagnou River, the main tributary of Xekaman river, Dak Cheung district, Sekong province, Lao PDR.

Xekaman 3 Hydropower Plant has total capacity of 250 MW including 02 units, commenced in April 2006, completed in July 2013.

3. Rolling weir: excavation and transportation for foundation, dam execution.
4. Spillway: excavation and transportation for foundation.
5. Ground grading for auxiliary and camp area.
6. Bulldoze, excavate at No.2 Quarry
7. Ownership of No.2 Quarry: Exploitation and transportation for executing dam
