SONG DA 9 JOIN STOCK COMPANY

Within the framework of National Digital Transformation Day, on October 10, 2022, Song Da 9 Joint Stock Company and Orient Software Joint Stock Company (Orient Soft) held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2022 - 2025 at Song Da 9. 
Attending the ceremony, on the side of Song Da 9 were Mr Tran The Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; Mr Nguyen Hai Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director; and other comrades in the Party Committee, Deputy General Directors, Heads of Departments and boards of the company. On Orient Soft's side, Mr. Pham Thanh Hai - Director of Orient Soft and members of the Company's Board of Directors attended.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr Tran The Quang - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Song Da 9 stated that in accordance with Resolution No. 11/NQ-DU dated April 12, 2022 of the Party Committee of Song Da Corporation - Joint Stock Company on digital transformation for the period 2022-2025, vision 2030 for enterprises under the Party Committee of the Corporation, Song Da 9 has always attached importance and focused on building technology applications in management and operation. He also affirmed that digital transformation is an objectivel trend, an opportunity and an urgent requirement. Therefore, Orient Soft is requested to coordinate with Song Da 9, focusing on implementing solutions that the two sides agreed to cooperate in a drastic and scientific way. In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on upgrading, training, and transferring Smart Office software.
Under the witness of the Board of Directors of the two units, Song Da 9 and Orient Soft signed a cooperation agreement with the strategic goal of digital transformation including the following contents: Building a paperless office; Electronically/digitally sign documents; Human resources management; Manage work and cooperate to ensure network information security.
The cooperation agreement between Song Da 9 and Orient Soft will contribute to helping Song Da 9 achieve positive changes in the coming time, while also opening up opportunities for both parties.
