Song Da 9’s Party Committee determined the overall goal in the term 2020-2025 that is: “Strengthening quality of leadership, building a clean and strong Party Committee, promoting innovation for integration, improving governance capacity, and maintaining the position and brand of Song Da 9”.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Song Da 9 took place at the company’s headquarters on May 30, 2020.

On the morning of April 24th 2019, Song Da 9 JSC (Song Da 9) was successfully held the General Annual Meeting 2019 with the participants of Representative Shareholder of 22,913,111 shares, which is 66.93% of the total legal votes.

In April 09th 2019, the Contract Signing ceremony for Package 04, Hanoi City Yen Xa Sewerage System Project was held at the head office of Water supply, Sewerage and Environment construction investment Project Management Unit of Hanoi city (HWSEPMU) between An Xuan Thinh Trade Construction Joint Stock Company – Song Da 9 Joint Stock Company Joint Venture and HWSEPMU.
